Bag-Boxer

The new Bag-Boxer from Techneat Engineering will enable farmers to reduce the volume of used plastic fertiliser and seed bags by a factor of up to 10:1, and significantly cut the cost of transport, storage and recycling.

All the fertiliser and seed bags from a 1000 hectare arable farm will typically be reduced to just 10-14 bales, which can be transported with a trailer or van.

The Bag-Boxer can be transported to the field, to keep operations neat and tidy. The system will also handle plastic silage wrap and other flexible plastic waste.

The Bag-Boxer complements the Techneat ChipPE – designed to reduce the volume of hard plastics, including spray containers – and provide growers with a complete plastics management system.
