Variable Metering Unit

Techneat has introduced a new metering unit, developed to allow growers to easily achieve lower seed rates, whilst still having the flexibility for higher rates and a variety of small seed types.

The new metering unit allows the size of the metering unit to be altered, varying the amount of seed delivered per revolution to be adjusted from 2 to 24 grams per rev. The unit enables precise low seed rates to be applied with a smooth turning metering unit and without the need for sprocket changes.
